I have a silly idea... I could make 1nce a month such a "single theme" plugin BUT, it would be limited... like putting the dl link up on the 1st and remove it the second (of month) so those who are interested know when to download it... this would be "culty"! don't you think? cause I making such little thingies for personal use mostly for some commercials so I have more or less tons of little .dll's

I think it would be silly. If you make something cool like eff-exx-two and want to make it available for people to use, just do so. Doing this just seems like you've got other motives for letting your stuff out in such a 'mysterious' way.

I'd say be a real contributor or don't bother. Sorry, not being snotty about it - just giving you my honest impression of this approach.

eff-exx-two is very nice BTW.
