Rewire Out of Sync

I rewired Traction to Reason to an existing recording. Now all of the tracks are out of sync with each other. This is my first use of rewire. What has happended here?

A bug I pointed out to Mackie about 6 months ago. Maddening. Actually, I'm not sure it's the same one... the one I've got delays rewire tracks by the amount of the soundcard latency. Then, if there are no filters on the track, they render in time. If there are filters, they render delayed by the same amount.

Actually , to clarify... all of the other previous tracks recorded before using the Reason re-wire are also now out of sync with each other. So utilizing rewire apparently screws up other tracks as well. I think that's what you're saying though..if there is a filter on other tracks, they are latent as well...correct??
