My ambient album Heliography has just been released.
It's available for exclusive preview and purchase (as downloadable mp3s) at Salyris Studios. The mp3s aren't copy protected so if you do choose to buy any, you can copy them to any music player, CD, etc, without restriction.
You can listen to previews here, where you can also download all my other free tracks.
From the Salyris site:
And there's more!! All my songs have been remastered as high-quality mp3s and are now available for use in commercial creative projects royalty-free.

From the Salyris site:
The album is 51 minutes long and is US$12.99.Heliography means sun writing, sculpting from light. This new album from Iain Morland blends atmospheric synthesizers with the sounds of piano, cello, harp, Chinese flutes and Peruvian percussion to create sonic textures that are intricate and luminous.
Nine ambient tracks mix seamlessly into each other, making Heliography an ideal soundtrack to meditation, as well as for general listening. Six tracks are also available as individual mp3s.
Compositions like Cloud Refuge and Sunweaver are spacious, while pieces such as Dream Theory and Vapour and Moss are intense. All the compositions are musically linked, with interconnected melodies and instrumentation, so the album is a satisfying listening experience.
The production values are high and the performances flawless. Especially notable is the exquisite piano playing on The Years.

I released a CD a few weeks ago called "Broken the silence".
Genre: Breakbeat/chill-psy.....and a single Goa track.
Arcana - Broken the silence

bduffy: yeah, I've noticed it's not the most unique name unfortunately. There's also a swedish band called Arcana, different genre though.
Your one does have a "K" instead of a "C" though.
There was no music on their site
pHz: sorry, didn't get that??? This is the place where you advertise your released CD's, no?

Wow. I'm f**ked. There are no names left. Maybe I need one of those ultra-cool names like, "Leave Your Mom at The Disco" or something.pHz wrote:not this - http://www.answers.com/topic/arkarna - lot surely ???

All I can say is, we're guitar-based, alternative rock...
