Hi folks,

I'm finding that my sample patches (Halion) are getting increasingly complicated, with often dozens of Key Switches and numerous Midi Control parameters for things like attack time, release time, filter cutoff, etc. I'm presently using a Kawai MM16 fader unit, but usually need to do a separate pass and/or edit for the extra controller data. I would prefer to play the parts in real time.

It would greatly simplify things if I could find a MIDI controller that could send simultaneous midi messages.

For example, I would like to be able press a single key/pad/button which would transmit the following midi message...

<midi note value 25 (key switch)-CC#2 value 40 (DCA attack rate)-CC#4 value 70 (DCA release rate)>

This controller should be fully programable and of course have as many of these keys/pads/buttons as possible.

Alternatively I might pursue the surgical route and get an extra arm or two grafted on my torso. :-o

Maybe easier to do it in software? I think there might be a MIDI plugin to do it, check here: http://www.asseca.com/ for NicFit's and Soma's plugins.

Hi .jon,

I downloaded the mungrak and I'll do some experimenting...looks like it may do the trick.

Great tip and many thanks!
