Hi,
I'm confused.
On Feb 21, I received an email from ArtsAcoustic, saying (QUOTE):
Dear valued customer.
An updated version of the ArtsAcoustic Reverb (1.2.2) is available.
You can download the update from the same location as written in the
delivery instructions email.
--- The following has changed in the latest version:
* AudioUnits: fixed Bypass state
* AudioUnits: now passes AU validation without warnings
* Some minor fixes * Mac: Fixed - Unable to edit the preset names in
Ableton Live.
In case you have any more questions regarding the update please fell
free to get in contact with us.
Regards,
The ArtsAcoustic Sales Team (UNQUOTE)
When I recently did download from "the same location" I got an installer for version 1.2.1, NOT 1.2.2. Neither can I find any mention of 1.2.2 on your website.
So, following the email advice, I replied to sales@, asking why the discrepancy. That was last Tuesday (April 17).
The silence has been deafening...
So, what's up, guys?
I'm particularly keen to have the AU bypass fix.
Best regards,
Joey

I am trying to buy a second hand license of this and the seller aint getting responses.
Shame.
Hope these guys don't disappear...I'd rather not buy it if there is going to be a disappearing act like sonicbytes.
Then again, the reverb is used in refx nexus, sales of that I believe are huge, surely arts acoustic get a royalty?

@spitfire:
please check your pm.
everything seems allright here, all versions show 1.2.2.
also the news section has all the information about the 1.2.2 version.
did you clear your cache from your browser?
@ttoz:
you should already have recieved an email containing all necessary data for your license.
if that is not the case, please let me know. i of course will take it from there then.
lastly:
no, we're far away from "dissapearing"
in fact, all i can say is:
just be a little more patient, it's worth to wait, we think!
and no, i cannot say more right now.

Hello Spitfire31,
if you still have problems downloading the 1.2.2 version just get back to us either using our forum or via email.
I just double checked the web and the available downloads are all version 1.2.2.

Hello ttoz,
I hope you have already recieved your license. The records show that it was delivered yesterday somewhen around noon CET.
Unfortunatly it takes some more time to transfer a license because the process must be done completely manual.
Please send us an email or use this forum if you yet have not recieved the delivery details.

I'm now unconfused. I've downloaded 1.2.2, it's working, the bypass bug in DP 5.11 is gone, it sounds wonderful and I'm very happy.
Looking back, I might even have committed a driver's error somewhere when I downloaded 1.2.1 instead of 1.2.2.
Many thanks to the good guys at Arts Acoustic for straightening it all out!
