Is it just me or do the DSK mini DrumZ seem like they were recorded too low or something? I just tested it out in AudioMulch 1.0 and eXT 1.41 and I had to boost all the levels to the top..
I mean the plugin itself has so many different machine that actually sound good.. Please can someone else test them out and let me know if its just me?? Found it here http://www.kvraudio.com/get/3031.html Thanks L |

Found it here http://www.kvraudio.com/get/3031.html Thanks L I concur - feeding it with a midi loop with all velocities at 127, it barely reached halfway on my eXT meter. (Running it through Camel Phat Free goes a long way in remedying the situation In spite of the low output, I like this plug - very handy to have all these vintage drum synths in one place, mapped to standard GM drum mapping. In addition to a boosted output, multi-outs would be handy... SWTrex ---- "Sometimes I think of Abraham... How one star he saw had been lit for me" |

In addition to a boosted output, multi-outs would be handy... Agreed and agreed Yea using something to boost it is ok considering theres no noise. Just sucks that it has to have one big flaw like that.. I'm also using eXT and Audiomulch and was thinking that it had something to do with either one of those hosts. Can someone try this in something other than eXT??? L |

Yea the downside to using boosting is that you dont really know what your getting exactly. I was also forced to use something so I chose Musicrow Preamp Emulator
I guess I'm a perfectionist but I like to get a clear signal before I start to process. My worry is that the included filter is coloring the sound a bit and anything after the fact is just going to do more (until your ready to apply your own that is L |

Yup, it is very quiet. I ran it into Compressive and turned compressive's volume all the way up, still too quiet.
Not really a problem for me, as it sounds cool. |

The new one doesn't produce any sound at all. Tried it in Savihost and Reaper, feeding it midi and also pressing the "preview" button, there's just no sound. |

Me too - the new one produces no sound. There's no preview button on the UI, and I can't get it to trigger from a keyboard... |
