Great to hear from you again. Now that I know that Sylenth1 is still being actively developed and improved, I can continue to use it in my songs with peace of mind.

I know it's only human and understandable (I even own a license for Sylenth 1 - therefore was also interested in the lacking communication and further development topic), but I still find threads like this a quite funny > when they go a bit like this parody:
A: We haven't heard from him for a long time, have we ? ...
B: Nope ...
C: Aha - that's not a good sign ...
D: No - a typical case of vanishing developer ...
E: ... oh no - don't tell me it's abandonware ...
F: Omg - I invested so many $$$ in that buggy and feature-lacking plug ...
G: I'll never invest in a plug with an uncertain future again!
H: He probably left for Rio and is spending our hard-earned $$$ on bartours ...
Lennard (after some time): I'm here and still developing ...
A: Good to hear from you!
B: Atta boy!
C: Lennard for president!
D: I always knew you were a good guy!
E: What a fine synth!
F: No - it's the best!
G: I'll buy anything you'll ever develop - keep the faith!
H: Glad your back from Rio ...
Sorry - I couldn't resist ...

Now that all this is settled. Can someone explain me what it is all about anyway? What is this about the NON-SE version? I understood that it is only the GUI, which is made in SE. Is that enough to cause the multi-core bug? I would not know, because I never use the same synth twice in a project.
Does this mean that Sylenth 1 will get a completely new skin or what?

There are some bugs depending on SE in Sylenth1, especially for FLStudio users. So Lennard told he gets rid of it. The bugs are in regardless you use one or more cores. That's the cause of asking if he is alive. Cause for me the copy of Sylenth1 is useless cause I don't want to buy chainer, a plugin which hosts other plugins.Hskovlund wrote:Now that all this is settled. Oh..well that IS a reason. Buying S1 and not being able to use it is one of the worstcase scenarios I could think of myself. So, it does not mean that she will have a new skin though? I that case, damn, because I would really like thatFhangor wrote:

Well, this time there was a happy ending. That's not always the case as I've lost about €200 before - the software (not related to music that time) needed updating so I and many other could continue using it, but the update never materialized and the developer disappeared from the net.when they go a bit like this parody:

I think that's part of the problem. "Just to wrap the Gui" seems to be a lot more involved than it sounds. Not only witnessed in this case but in a least one other that comes to mind.Hskovlund wrote: I understood that it is only the GUI, which is made in SE.
