Opening pling2 in SynthEdit?

I downloaded pling2.zip. Noticed it contained source.zip so I unzipped that to a directory. Hmm... se1 file, that's SynthBuilder. Double-clicked it. When SynthBuilder loads, I get several errors:

Can't load Module. 'Envelope_4_Stage_CK2006'
Can't load Module. 'X_Mix_Vol_CK2004'
Can't load Module. 'rl pling peq'
Can't load Module. 'EnvelopeV2_5_Stage_CK2007'
Can't load Module. 'Envelope_Display_x8_CK2007'
Can't load Module. 'Chorus_Driver1a_CK2004'
Can't find skin 'pling2'. Using default

Am I doing it wrong? I'm new to SynthBuilder and VST development, but not development in general (it's my job, as well as hobby. )

I'm probably wrong but I believe the modules with CK in the name are by Chris Kerry which means you'll have to buy the relevant packs.

Edit: A-Z index of Chris Kerry's modules here http://www.chriskerry.f9.co.uk/CK_Index.html which does contain at least a couple of them.
