some material produced by period seq, which i'm releasing tomorrow.
it's 4 nestable counters, pretty simple yet still capable of a variety of textures.
i'm using it for everything here, one instance for percussion and one for each tuned part.

i find it interesting listening considering the simplicity of the algorithm, which suggests unusual ways to rhythmically structure a sequence, and can be intriguing without any modulation.
flicking thru more simple presets

Not only the sounds. I've always been fascinated by algorithmic music. How applying a change in the form of moving a slider or pressing a button can affect the entire sequence. I like the idea of a musician being the sculptor of the melody, shaping it from a raw state to a meaningful creation, rather than starting from a clean canvas. Your tools - Circuit, Hyperion, phaseseq and now this one - their all perfect for this purpose .xoxos wrote:glad to hear you like the sounds..
