I just posted a Want-to-Buy message on the Market Place forum. I'm looking for Sylenth. Can somebody tell me if I can buy it used with a legal transfer of license or is the license non-transferrable?

Licenses are transferable, but there is a license transfer fee involved that should be paid by the person the license is transferred to. This fee is considerably higher when Sylenth1 was purchased at a discount to compensate for that. Another thing to note is that licenses can be transferred only once. If you buy a license second hand you will not be able to sell it again.
To complete a license transfer I will also need an email from the selling person stating he wants to sell his license and to whom. For more information on license transfer and fees, please send an email.

The transfer fee is currently set at 10 Euro. If Sylenth1 was purchased at a discount, the fee will be 50% of the difference between the current price and the price it was purchased at (with a minimum of 10 Euro). Licenses can be transferred only once. If you decide to sell your license you must also uninstall Sylenth1 and completely remove all files related to it, including installer and license files.
