Tweakbench Ritual and Ableton Live 7

Hi there. I've been having a persistent problem involving ritual and ableton Live 7. The instrument works perfectly for a while, but it suddenly makes ableton 7 crash, and it crashes again every time I try to open the file. The only solution is to delete ritual from the vst folder.

Has anybody had the same problem? is there a solution, update, etc?
