I just made several purchases after registering. I tried logging back in but forgot my password and the retrieval system doesn't recognize the same email address that I registered with. And I know its the right address and was spelled correctly because my system fills out forms automatically.
What's up with that?
Also, I'm left hanging as far as how to download my purchases.

thanks for your order and the download links are already sent, so I guess you already have them. Orders are usually processed within a very short time and it just depends on the time zone how quick it will be as we are a european company. If you forgot your password you can register newly in the online-store, no problem.
