All the light with you Tim thanks for all the inspiration !

Ughhh! Such sad news. Not only were his presets always the cream of the crop, but he was such a good guy in my short dealings with him.

God speed Tim.

I just found out about this. I'm surprised and shocked. For awhile, Tim and I both did work for Camel Audio, and I remember my days with Camel Audio with great fondness. I wish his family, and all his friends, my deepest sympathies.

Take care,
Glen Berry

Well-this is difficult. Tim and I became friends a few years ago. I was always inspired by his words - his sounds and mostly - just himself. He had this great personality that inspired others. I honestly dont know how he accomplished everything he did. I honestly dont know. He invited me into the Camel world quite a while ago and the Camel world was a good place for him filled with good people. I'm really going to miss him. A lot. Some of the best times I will always remember :at the NAMM shows and just freaking awesome phone conversations we had regarding synthesis and Ataris, Robert Fripp and all that good stuff.

Something my mom said to me when my dad passed away quite young.. "now we have to live the rest of OUR lives without him". Thats hard.

Shocked, I just found out. Very sad. He contributed much to the world of music and sound, sound exploration and synthesis, and his archive of Atari software is a resource of tremendous value, preserving hundreds of unique tools that otherwise might be lost to history.

Bon Voyage Tim.

The world lost an important creative figure, and will be sadly missed. Just something to ponder, how many songs do you think he infuenced?

Five years ago Tim wrote mails to me after I had found his "in memoriam" page at the algo-music-website. In s these lightly sarcastic times of ours I was glad Tim had posted this to his website (I was lucky to have had a maybe similar wonderful person in my life like the one Tim remembered HERE, scroll down if you want to open the linke and read it.. I learnt to know him via just a few e-mails only, but am very glad he wrote to me. Like so many here I bought his synth then, the m42 Nebula, and played so many sounds of him he made for various instruments, for example the Rhino and Cameleon5000. Being away from the internet for quite a while I just learnt about his death yesterday as my music-mag from the UK arrived. Like vurt and fitch and others said, he'll live on in our music, and from all we knew of him, and I wish his family the very very best, words can't help I know.

R.I.P. Tim. Your inspiring sounds will remain with us.

I never had contact with Tim but I remember his name because of some very good presets in Sytrus and Albino.
He will live forever in our music when we are using his work.

RIP Tim
