Hi folks,
we have learned that customized versions of Kontakt2Player are a problem on muse receptor.
Has anyone tried playing the Galaxy samples within full Kontakt2?
How does authoring work? What about the scripts (sympathetic string resonance, warp engine...)?
This would be very interesting for me before I am going to buy a second hand Kontakt 2.

Galaxy II can be loaded into Kontakt 2.
I can't tell you about Recepter, though, because I don't know, if the Galaxy II installer for windows works on Receptor. I tried to get comments about this about a year ago from Muse, but never got any reaction. I gave up in the end.
If anybody has any experience with GII and Receptor, I'd be very interested as well.

I have written to Bryan Lancer at Muse Research, specifically asking about the compatibility of Galaxy, BDMO, and Garritan Steinway pianos libraries with Recepor 2 Pro on V1.8
I know a lot of pianists are awaiting on this, so hopefully will get a reply soon
