Scroll/Mouse Wheel Bug with sfz

Found a bug in this afternoon.(I'm running 2.6) Let's see if I can describe the chain of events clearly (not that it's complicated).

Load sfz (multi-thread version). Choose replace. Select next vst. Now, the mouse wheel will not scroll the piano roll, the vst list if replace is choosen again, etc.
I was able to reproduce a number of times.

In fact, if you choose to delete sfz (instead of replace), the same problem manifests.

Dunno if this is a problem with sfz (apparently the multi-thread version is a lil buggy?) or MU.LAB.

It's a MU.LAB one. I've reported it previously. I'll dig out the link.

<edit>
Mouse wheel stops working after selecting VST

Whoa. Way ahead of me. Sorry. :)

Move along. Nothing to see here.

Ok, i could repeat it.

But strange thing is that it is only with sfz! Can you confirm?

Tip: If you alt-tab to another app and back then mouse wheel works again.

Well, I know it's never happened to me before, and I just downloaded and installed sfz for the first time in years today.

Does it with other Cakewalk plugins, e.g. Dimension Pro. Haven't found a non-CW plug that does it. Yes, switching apps fixes it. I guess the plug's stealing mousewheel and doesn't let go when its window is closed but does when the host app loses focus. Weird...

It'll also 'let go' when MU.LAB is collapsed and then maximized again.

It indeed looks like a 'SetCapture/ReleaseCapture' issue when the Sfz window is closed.

The fact that the alt-tab fixes the mouse capture is standard Windows behaviour.

Anyway, it's a very strange issue indeed.

I can't find anything which makes sense using the analysis tools i have :?
