I am using Dynamics, Parametr'EQ, FreqAnalyst Pro, Digital Peak Meter Pro, and Protector in a project in Ableton Live 7 on Mac OS-X. After several hours of use, a message box starts popping up with a message like "error accessing file undo.cfg" or something like that. The next time that it happens, I will write down the exact message. I believe that this message is coming from one of the Blue Cat plugins, but I don't know which. Has anyone else encountered this?

Hi,

This message is not part of our plugins. From what I have seen on the Ableton Live forum ( http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php? ... 19e97c4dec ) it seems to be an issue with Live (the post I am referring to is probably another issue). You will hopefully find an answer on the Live forum.

When this message occurs, were you playing with undo/redo? If this problem only occurs when using our plugins, you might want to try to deactivate our plugins automation output capability (see this post) that might in some cases cause trouble to Live's undo mechanism.

Hope this helps. Please keep us informed!

Thank you for the link! This had never happened to me before, until I had just installed and started using the Blue Cat plugins. Naturally, I assumed that the message was coming from them. The plugins are fantastic, by the way. I tried the tools from five or six different companies and eventually bought your Mastering Bundle. It is simply the best!

Thanks :). Maybe try to disable the automation output features (except if you use them, of course!) and check if it solves your problem, but I doubt it's the cause.
