How to use:Drag and Drop in Stylus RMX with Receptor2/pro

Not clear on how the "drag and drop midi file feature" works with receptor 2 running Stylus RMX in Pro Tools 8.0.1 M-Powered; Windows XP . Read notes from muse research (I must be missing a step or two in the process.) Thanks for your time
