Above is a link to a synth I've been working on for awhile in SE 1.159. It's an emu of a famous synth that shall go unnamed. I've been having weird GUI issues with my SE. In fact, you'll notice that this has a strange GUI. On my winXP, I've tested this in Reaper & it looked okay, tested in VSTHost & it was okay. Then I fire it up in my old version of Orion Platinum & the right quarter of the GUI is just missing. I tried 'untiling' the background to see if that would help - no. I tried removing a waveshaper that I'd put on the far right hidden from the GUI - nope. I'm really at my wit's end & not enjoying working with synthedit anymore. I want to build synths and make presets - not be a g*ddamn GUI maker. I'm not asking opinions on this, just if you can see the whole GUI in whatever host you are using. I was going to try and sell it to make $ to buy the new license for 2.0, but I don't even know if I should even bother to finish this as the basic GUI has slowed me down so much. Never mind trying to do a pro one. Can't download any newer version either, because it may not work in it & all the days I've spent on this would be for nothing. To tell you the truth, it already feels that way.
If you can download it and tell me what Host you're using & whether or not any of the GUI looks chopped off, I'd be appreciative.

tried with VSTHost 1.45 and the GUI is visible, but with white background (which makes it quite unusable). only the 160x160px upper left corner is on black.

seems the background picture is not correctly tiled, but for the rest the GUI looks ok.

you use SE 1.159, i've used 1.163 with "advanced" gfx w/o problem

I get the same thing in energy XT 1.4.

Thanks guys, that is on purpose for the problem. I had tiled the black background & thought that was the cause. I've never had ANY synth do that in Orion. I will put up the properly tiled (black background) so you can play around with it. It's not a bad little synthy (IIDSSM)

Please help me beta test this
