Yep. THe K4 upgrade would be a standard license. However, you still couldn't resell K4, as it would be tied to your K3 educational license.

Yep. Legally, it can't be used for commercial purposes, be it gigging or doing a CD release or...forw wrote:by the way: are there more restrictions to the EDU version besides "no reselling"?
