I own both. Strictly between these two, I prefer Miroslav a lot more. MOTU sounds good, but for some reason it just sounded flat and uninspiring on a whole project. To be honest, I don't even have MOTU installed on my drive anymore. I eventually never used it anymore, so I removed it to save drive space, however, even though I use EWQL Platinum primarily, Miroslav will still likely always have some place in my projects, even if it's in a supporting role.The Kob wrote:hi,

That's not to say that MOTU can't be usable or sound good. I've heard a few people who use it with other libraries, or even exclusively and it sounds pretty good. I couldn't coax the sound I wanted out of it, but that's just me.
In that price range they're both good libraries, but my vote would go to Miroslav hands down.
