Ok, the HACK should now be gone from Nio.
It should be possible to now mix and match midi and audio from any drivers.
(note: although possible in the current version, it is not recommended to have more than one midi input active)
Also, this last commit was lightly tested, this means that there might be quite a few lockups/strange behaviors.
