I have been using it for over a year now and it rocks !!
however, i came recently to get this error message on startup :
all of this would be fine and understandable if i was using ZynAddSubFX with a dispay, which is not the case : i actually start it without X on tty and with the option -U for no guican't open display:
i seems to be a fltk problem, but i understand no more
When i tried to compile ZynAddSubFX on my new gentoo machine, i had a previous problem :
Gentoo was itself compiled with fltk2 (fluid2) and Glibc2could not find fluid
i couldn't downgrade fltk without downgrading glibc as well, so i followed the step described here :http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-59 ... 2d77578910 (http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-5942179.html?sid=8420cdf0eac966d159baac2d77578910)
that is, i compiled fltk-1.1.9 on a new slot and all went fine
i can now start ZynAddSubFX with X without trouble, but as my computer is designed to be headless, all my apps have to start from scripts, and X is never used, thus my problem
any idee ?
