How do you save you own Images in Trilian's patches?

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to save your own images into custom built patches. I can't figure it out for the life of me! This would really help me browse my own patches faster and it would look really cool too.

Put those image files into the same folder where your patch is:

your_patch_name.jpeg (300x300px for Patch Zoom Pages)

your_patch_name_thumb.jpeg (125x125px for Browser thumbnails)

your_patch_name_land.jpeg (300x125px for Main Custom Controls page)


OR

Put those image files into a folder so all your patches in it will share these default images:

default.jpeg (300x300px for Patch Zoom Pages)

default_thumb.jpeg (125x125px for Browser thumbnails)

default_land.jpeg (300x125px for Main Custom Controls page)
