After many attempts to locate the proper folder to install the kits from the group buy i finally cry Uncle. I purchased this back in April and tried to get eveything installed on my Windoes 7 64 machine. unfortunately we are not operating in a 64 bit world and I had other problems to work out in my studio pc to get just my DAW and VST's to work correctly. I keep going back to the instruction on where to install the zip files with the Infinite Installer. Here is the suggested string:C:\users\your name\documents.

I thought I installed them correctly but all i can call up with the Infinite player is the free piano that came with the player. Any suggestions on what could be wrong would be incredibly helpful.

There is a manual out now which may help. It can be found here:

Also, tech support has been very good for me. Give them a go...

I suspect that you have solved your issue at this point. For others looking for suggestions, try this:

The UI of the Kontakt Library Tab requires that you double click the Up Arrow next to Deluxe Instruments to get back to the top level of the IF library. Only then will you see your newly installed Instruments.

Most might be inclined to click the larger Instruments button once or twice -- but this just takes you to your last submenu in IP -- NOT THE TOP LEVEL.
