How about idea new orchestral stuff multiple velocity layers ? i like sampletank is so clear, very stable (not 100%),and verylight weight. and these sampletank products what i have have many nice sounds. even still some is sampled only few notes. but i to me sample is much more than how many notes is sampled etc. i think word what i search is emotion.

There's definitely a lot of emotion in the Miroslav samples. A lot orchestral playing is legato which with sustained sounds doesn't depend as much on the initial velocity as much as it does the body of the sound and the feeling/expression in the playing. Many people find Miroslav Philharmonik to be great for that.

We are developing new orchestral sounds as well as bringing over classic sounds from the Miroslav archives to our Infinite Player for Kontakt as well. Some will have more velocities and also key switching articulations which is fun for live performance interaction. So more is coming if you're asking about that.
