[SE] fast pitch down of osc

what i am trying to do is set an env up on the pitch of an osc so that it pitches down really fast as soon as it is triggered, like a sine wav does in a kick sound or something similar.
any ideas?

Yeah it works, attack is timing, volume pin is like depth, decay changes sound, sustain chooses whether it stays pitched or pops back up to original pitch after going down.

Somebody-I think KDL-you'll have to Google it- makes a milliseconds to volts module. I connected these to the ADSR (all but the sustain which I left at the normal 1-10)and put in values as low as 1.5 milliseconds for the Attack. By God, it worked. No more slow basic SE stock ADSR. Helps with the release cpu use also. You can have the release last ffoorevver with not much hit on cpu. Try it out.

Same here. -3 is used in Aftershock if I'm correct. But note the more negative the more clicky sound you get.

-15 = 0 (at least at conventional samplerates)
use an adsr scaled at 10. run it into both pins of a level adjuster and scale the output of that. this will give you an exponential curve (10 * 10 = 10, 5 * 5 = 2.5, 0 * 0 = 0)

Are people using the old ADSR when they say it's slow?ADSR2
Provides a standard Envelope. This Envelope offers faster response than the old ADSR.
Segment timing
seconds = 10 0.4 volts - 3
e.g. 0 Volts gives 0.001 seconds (1 ms).
10 Volts gives 10 seconds

in the old SE Time scale - the minimum time is -15Volts = 0.0ms

I could swear it was 10 volts is 0ms. I've tried the negative value trick on the attack. It is clicky. That's what I like about the ms to volt module. Seems to be much less.

Just use this value for the ADSR (or use a slider that goes from -3 to 10V) then you don't need the extra module

What I like about the module is that if you set a super long release time, you don't seem to take such a CPU hit. Am I imagining that?
