Just found a great article.
Urs heckmann is working on a free synth called tyrell. the german amazona online magazin created a dreamsynth with the help of all amazona readers. ( only on paper ) They are looking for a company that builds the hardware then. Now, Urs the proposal made this synth to build this synth also as a plugin. Maybe the first beta around christmas ! I followed the Amazona discussion from the beginning. It's amazing that there is a chance that Tyrell really becomes reality! 
I can't wait to try the software version. Tom Bombadil was a KVR member before the Great Upheaval. Some from those days once thought I was one too, but I think they've realized it's not so; I am a comparative newcomer.
I just finished reading a book with a character named Clinton Tyrell, a former governor of Florida who dropped out of civilization and became a covert anti-development loose cannon. Carl Hiaasen's "Star Island," one of several that include "Skink," as he's now known to those few who know him.
