Clocker: How to send clock in VSThost

I'm trying clocker in my VSThost to send clock through software midi routing tool. (I'm using nerds.de's LoopBe1)
During checking, I load MIDI monitor, set "LoopBe internal MIDI" for recieving , and send clock to "LoopBe internal MIDI".
...but it won't recieve clock! Instead, recieve CC64 in each channels.
It is specifications? and why it can't send only clocks?
