I just bought and installed your reverb, but cannot find any factory presets? Doesn't it come with any?

It comes with a mindnumbing plethora of factory presets!
Have you tried pressing the little yellow folder icon to the right of 'Init programm'? The second item from the bottom on the drop down menu is 'Factory' and it leads into a four level deep hierarchical menu system of methodically organised presets.
