I would appreciate some feedback on my new project-song. Be as harsh as you want!

Also, every single file I upload to soundcloud sounds worse than the original .wav or .mp3 file. They are messing with my songs! What am I doing wrong?

Sounds quite nice, I'd say the first part is a bit too long and could use some more variations/sounds/something to make it more interesting. The second half I think you actually get a bit too hectic, I liked sparse sound better (just more variations needed, but keep it subtle imo) than the hectic synth at the end and the drums. Actually I'd say ditch the drums and make a subtle glitchy rhythm instead. Now that's just me, but I think it'd fit the feel/mood of the tune great.

All in all some nice stuff in there though!

I quite like this. Almost fits the 'Road' genre (stuff to listen to while driving). I'd like more development, and am not to sure about that fade-out around 1.08. It gave me a WTF moment! Maybe a percussion fill would work there.
