I bought Sonic Sweet from JRR SHOP online in 2010 November. I wanted to install it on my macbook pro today, but I get "your serial number is not in our database."
The serial I'm using is on the invoice from JRR, and it worked in the past, as I installed it on my windows PC.
I have contacted support at nomad factory via their web form.
I have my invoice and everything from JRR.
I called JRR Shop and an employee was nice enough to say he would try to contact Nomad factory about this, but until then I can't even use a plugin that I paid for.

Hello, yes this has been taken care of.
Not sure if Jordy called bbe or they looked at my support email, but they had to re-add my serial number to the database so I could authorize.
