Hi!

How many pieces of gear can I plug into the Xenyx 502? I'd like to connect two synths to the 2/3 and 4/5 channels and a computer to the CD/TAPE in RCAs. Is this possible?

P.S.

If I use unbalanced connections from the synths and the computer, would the mixer "balance" the signal if I use TRS cables from the Main Mix output?

Yep. However, you won't be able to control the level of the computer (no level control on the tape ins).

Nope. According to Behringer's website, all the outputs are unbalanced. This shouldn't be a problem though, as the main purpose of balanced signals is to help eliminate noise, especially when using long cable runs.
