I tried combining dubstep and orchestral elements and this is what I got. All orchestral parts done with Sonatina Symphonic Orchestra, all synth parts done with Synth1.

I'm not sure. I'm away from home on vacation and mixed this on earbuds, which I would expect to have a weaker bass response if anything, but it's pretty noticeable here. I'll check when I have better headphones/speakers. ---- 17 year-old "musician." https://soundcloud.com/nine-of-kings Free albums are cool. http://nineofkings.bandcamp.com |

I enjoyed it. I liked the orchestral/dubstep combo, and thought that the bass sound was mixed to about the correct level to provide space for other sounds.
Nice work. |

Thanks. I wanted to do something a little different than the "Calm intro then drop then all you hear is crazy-ass bass sounds" that people associate with dubstep. ---- 17 year-old "musician." https://soundcloud.com/nine-of-kings Free albums are cool. http://nineofkings.bandcamp.com |
