Hi guys
I've been looking at this forum for quite some time and only recently became a member. I'm really into the artists from Diynamic Music lately (Solomun, David August, H.O.S.H, ...) and especially into David August's latest EP. The bass in those tracks is just amazing and I'd love to recreate it! Any pointers on how to do it? Thanks in advance! A video of one of his tracks, bass I'm looking for kicks in around 1.40 http://youtu.be/QXUTX90jL-g |

(multi)samples loaded in a sampler might do the trick When the low end kicks in it does sound layered to me though and when the filter opens up it sounds less like a real bass so it still might be a synth. (I gotta) love that track btw edit: actally, upon closer listening it sounds like all synths to me. maybe the beginning had me fooled and thinking it might have been a fx-ed bass but something about the attack & filter telling me its not.[/code] |
