Also, for best results,

Global Engine quality >= Good
Global Engine buffer size = Short (Small)

regarding the snappy envelopes, just remembered this: SynthMaster has highpass filters in its signal chain, so that might be removing some of that snappiness as well, have to test this though.

See my last comment. If i make the envelopes snappier than this i just hear clicking sound which is not really what i want... Wink
You could hear this in my first Bass demo while i use the Modwheel to reduce the slope of the decay stage.

Here is another example created with my Moog Slim Phatty using the internal Arpeggiator and changing the envelope values (for Decay stage, Attack set to minimum) in realtime (WAV file):
https://rapidshare.com/files/925015775/Ingo_Weidner_-_Slim_P hatty_Bass_Demo_1.zip

Snappiness is not only about the attack stage but also the decay stage and with reducing the Slopes of both this is enough for my taste. In my second Bass demo i used an amount which results in a sound i like. I found this setting while using the Modwheel in the preset of the first demo.

The problems with a background noise which i got for both Bass demos could not be recognized in the original WAV file (which is why is posted a link for it at the second Bass demo) but at the MP3 file. I'll check if using a different rendering setting changes this.

A new instrumental that's a mix of electronic synth sounds but with a prog-rock sorta sound to it as well. 10 instances of Synthmaster and used Battery 3 for the drums.

I also posted it on my Wusiklabel page which has better sound than Soundcloud.

Hi,

I don't know if it's fine to post my music here because it's not exactly a demo song. But I just want to say: "Thank you" Smile

http://soundcloud.com/chordcab/sets/chordcab-007

http://soundcloud.com/chordcab/sets/chordcab-008-leeway (out today) Smile

It's heavily influenced by Synthmaster and I know for sure that my next releases will have many instances of Syntmaster too. Great synth!

I hope that the implementation of arp-midi-out won't take too long Embarassed

I have made a Synthmaster 2.5 preset inspired by the Logan Vocalist Kontakt instrument made by Synth Magic. Steve from Synth Magic asked if i could post him an example so i made a demo. For this i used the additive oscillators of Synthmaster 2.5 and additive resynthesis was done with help of a free Signal Analyzer plugin.

link: http://soundcloud.com/ingoweidner/ingo-weidner-sm2-5-logan-v ox

The demo song uses a single instance and does not use any external FXs.

Once i got more audio demos i'll start my own thread at the forum. My bank will take a little longer as i worked on Diva recently. Anyway that work with Diva will help me (as a reference) with some presets i already started in Synthmaster.

My new song using 7 instances of Synthmaster, plus one of Battery 3 just for the drums.

No other synths are used for this.
