I was wondering how can i make this nicky romero downlifter.

Starts at 3:40, ends at 3:55.

sound just like sidechained white-noise to me with a volume automation. You can find sweepers like these in most house sample packs.

No im not talking about the white noise...Im talking about the synthesised downlifter...Dont know exactly how to call it
