Has the dev been heard of recently? Is Sylenth1 still supported?

Just out of interest.

It's about the arpeggiator.

Lennard got in touch with me today about it.

1. Sylenth1 is not, was not and never will be abandoned.
3. The last update was May 2010, not 3 years ago.

It was just a bugfix update with no new features so for me the synth is "dead".

This is really going to be funny. Every sign of life coming from Lennard is treated as a proof that he is really, really still alive. No ghost, no phantom. He's alive ... Wink

i think because everybody is afraid that he will develope the synths and we get stuck with the version we have now.
but so far i know 7 Skies is working on a new factory soundbank for 2.2.3 as he told under the post of the sunny lax soundbank on facebook. (the soundset is 60% finished)
so i really hope we will see an update! Surprised Love

after all this time, i doubt ANYONE is 'afraid he will develop the synth"...i think we're all PRAYING he will come up with a new version.

hard as i try to depend on other plugins (and i DO use other plugins LOL), sylenth1 remains my #1 go-to.
so i continue to pray, chant, and wish for an update; am (at least) hoping the 32bit bridge will still be there in the next version of Logic ("logic X", or so the rumors go).

Playing with the demo again reminded of how i enjoy sylenth as a synth. Nowadays people talk about analog warm and stuff, but sylenth for me always sounded the nicest to my ear. If lennar decided to release a new sylenth i will buy in a heartbeat, for whatever price he might release it.

I am sorry to ruin everyones hopes, but I spoke to 7skies and he says there there was a missunderstanding, he doesnt have any sercet new version. His new soundbank for sylenth will be for the latest official version.
