If you need authentic and very flexible Mid East drumming, check out the Volko Alaturka drum(ming) library plug in! Very cool and original, IMO.

There is also a Darbuka samples-set for Kontakt here: www.sampleism.com/noisymichael/darbuka (£4.00). Samples for different strike-styles, with multiple-velocity and round-robin variation. Here's the mp3 demo |
