1. can you reverse a track?2. where do you turn off/on snap to grid? thanks!

1. What do you mean " to reverse a track"??? If you mean the audiofile, which it eventualy holds, than you have to do that in an external audio editor, which you can reach directly out of the context menu of the audiofile, after setting up one...MuLab Menu> Choose external Audio Editor
2. rightclick the composer and in the context menu, click on the plus symbol before Grid... there is a command "Toggle Snap On/Off"... you can assign a keyboard command to it too...

About 2: In the bottom-right of the composer / sequence editor there is the grid panel. The green LED at the left also controls whether snapping is on or off
