Whip Sounding Synth from Arty Around the World?

Im looking for help in achieving the sound that you hear in Arty's "Around The World" it comes in at about 32 seconds (video below). Its the whippy type sound.



Any pointers or tips are welcome.

Saw-like source (some noise too), sharp attack, quick release, pitch is being modulated by either a slow LFO synced to note start or by an ADSR envelope.

Also sounds like there's some detuned chorus in there too or it's being played in a dissonant chord.
