Image Line seem stumped as to why this occurs!

I don't know if you are into Strum, but the Acoustic Session version is for sale at Cakewalk's site for $20 and they have a 26% off sale. I love Strum personally, I don't have much experience with Spicy Guitar but I believe they operate in a very similar way.
