My deepest sympathy You ever see a mole emerge from its underground burrow, blinking and squinting at the sun? Multiply that by 500,000, and you've got Seattle on a nice spring day. Especially since there have been plenty of springs where there are NO nice days, and the rain and clouds continue into July. Once the temperature hits 60 degrees Fahrenheit, people in Seattle start wearing shorts. Which is kinda weird, as 60 degrees isn't all that warm. Just goes to show you how desperate people get for sun. Thanks! Appreciate the support. If it's not too much to ask, please boycott in a photon-free area under a big cloud. It was also a nice touch that Ben took KVR off the air to minimize distractions for Sean, but it appears to be for naught as the current, but rare photon storm is distraction enough. ---- perception: the stuff reality is made of. |

LOL - I can't boycott in a photon free area, my studio has got too many windows and a big round one right in front of the main desk. I could close the shields to all windows and the curtain for the round one but some photons would still enter the studio. But I will bypass all VRoom instances on the main project I'll be working on tomorrow and use some IRs and Aether instead. |

Good points. If the C thing is industry standard, then VRoom is the artist standard. But, it's been hours, Sean is going to be so sick from direct photon exposure that if we get this thread onto another page, he'll be be too weak to go back and read it. We could even say things like 'Dry' is the new 'Wet' and he wouldn't even notice. Or maybe he would. He's going to be red-faced anyway, so no worries either way. ---- perception: the stuff reality is made of. |

Small update: I just built the Windows RTAS plugin. Right now, I am creating the Windows VST32/VST64/RTAS installer. I'll run a quick test, then get things out to Windows beta testers.
I was surprised to see that the last VRoom update went out in November. 5 months ago. It seems like it was a LOT more recent than that. Sean Costello ---- Plugins: http://www.valhalladsp.com Blog: http://valhalladsp.wordpress.com KVR Subforum: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=146 |

Sean Costello First sign of photon poisoning - temporal perception smearing. Ponder that the next time you want to walk out into the blazing sun without the proper lead shielding. Umbrellas aren't just for rain. ---- perception: the stuff reality is made of. |
