This is the new bank with 50 patches.
You can download it here: https://sites.google.com/site/synth1vst ... ects=0&d=1
Usually, I make presets just for use in a certain context.
So I didn't posted any yet.
IMO, they just sound strange/stupid if used outside the arrangement.
But now...
I re-lived JMJ's music again...
And HAD to make something!
But not reproductions.
I just went for a free experience, and done it in a hurry...
Don't be a hard judges please!

Zorniko,
I don't usually download more patches for synth1 since I alread some 10,000 of them, but I liked what you wrote. I am going to definitely give these try.
Thanks for sharing them with us.

These are some of the best and most usable patches I've heard for Synth1. Pure synthy goodness for the love of synthiness. Thank you!

There are some great sounds in your set, lots of nuance that
yield nice surprises, and avoid the bread-n-butter, while still being
musical. #14 is lots of fun, made a rainbird sprinkler sound using it,
one of those childhood chores was moving those sprinklers around the yard,
must make a nostalgic tune with it!
Thanks for working on the great Synth1!
Bug in Synth1 112? The Portamento on/off indicator seems to be backwards
Bright green is off, dark green is on...
Cheers

Thank you all for the positive feedback!
Btw, I made some new tools:
- sy1 to vstpreset converter
The topic about it was obviously unnecessary...
- Synth1 Peer Randomizer
Interesting/unusual randomizer, IMHO.
Download it from the site.
Have fun and many thanks again!

i am not a fan of presets either and i very rarely comment (hell, i made this account just to download the SQ8L banks) but i feel compelled to say thank you very much!
(PS maybe you could listen to some Cluster or Klaus Schulze and get inspired again

thanks zorniko. we know you love your Synth1!
imo, USER presets are FINE. if someone wants to share
interesting stuff they come up with on a synth, it is
quite different from a commercial 'pro' progger giving
us slick patches that could be used to showcase or flog
a product. a lot of those patches are impressive but
completely unusable. others just become 'generic'(whatever
that means). VERY occasionally, you get this classic patch
that no-one cares whether they've heard it before, they
just wanna use it.
