Try ADT maybe not an obvious one but it's not just about double tracking,though that is it's main purpose.It's a nice freebie either way.

basically a voice doubler (of very good reputation) but it includes wow and flutter parameters and AFAIK handles stereo inputs in its latest update....

You're welcome.May not be what you're looking for,but it's worth a try especially as it's free.Check out the reverb plug-in Poor plate as well it's a nice free reverb
