I think, it's just the way the developer decided it do and about the stereo splitting:Nonno wrote:Hi, I have a little question.
Why Mu.Lab show just one signal even if you are working on a stereo file? Is it possible to split a stereo file into different channels?

ingenious!
But I don't agree the choise to show the combined signal in the same clip, it's not clear even if you can hear that it is a stereo signal. I work with my students on mulab and it's very important to underline the differnce between channels and tracks.

It was implemented this way, long time ago in the early days of MuLab, for simplicity reasons. But i think most users would like to see it as separate channels indeed. It's on the whishlist.

But btw, I liked EBM very very much and heard a lot of Apoptygma Berzerk, Covenant, Funker Vogt, Front 242, Das Ich... all the electronic stuff... I love those sad and angry atmosphere and the monotonicity... they were all brilliant...
