There are some beauties in Piano Collection 2, no matter how many you get in TW2. And for ten dollars, even a few new keys are a bargain!
My personal favorite is still the Clean Piano from Hip Hop Instruments. It sits great in the mix, is deeply expressive for a non-velocity layered instrument and is VERY CPU friendly. In fact, the whole HHI set is not to be missed.
And there are lots of cool keyboards in OmniSynth 2 as well, especially in the Bonus Larger Instruments section. Electric and acoustic grands, DX7 and Rhodes eps, harpsichord and celeste, clavs, and really nice organs of all types.
It's also a great sounding General Midi set, with even more bonus synth waves from EMS, Moog and Sequential for your own creations. As someone who grew up without preset synths, it's great to get under the hood and make my own again, something the ST engine makes EASY!
Also, if you're not aware, you can run all of the TW2 instruments in Sampletank like an Xpansion library. It puts thousands of sounds under one GUI and search engine. Just put your STXL, Samplemoog, Miro, SS2 and SampleTron Folders in the main Sampletank "Instruments" folder, and hit relist on the upper right of its GUI. Give it a few minutes, and they'll show up in the main browser. EASY!
