Well... Urs has said "no, not him" to enough names already, so I'll say "no, not Herbert/Bootsie" or other names mentioned since I started writing this post! But if the thread carries on like this (i.e. Urs replies) you guys would eventually find out.

So no more "no, not him"s from now on, just "try again"s (it's interesting to hear the guesses). OK, Urs Question

But who knows. I know you can't say atm, but it's going to be interesting to eventually find out who it is.

Ha! You never know, but Howard already said no.

Personally, I'm not expecting a reply... as I said, we'll find out soon enough. We're just having a bit of fun.

"Try again" is VERY different reply! It shows that someone in the know is following the thread, but gives zero information - unlike "no not him", which either helps to narrow the candidates down, or is a lie.

hmmmmm......not sure if I agree with you.. but in the general scheme of this thread it doesn't matter..

scenario:
teacher asks class a question.... johnny stands up and gives his answer. If the teacher says try again.. I would venture that 99.99% of the time it means that isn't quite the correct answer....even if you are close..

My guess as well... but as a Vandal owner holding out for that elusive and mysterious update, I wouldn't be very thrilled 'bout that.

It's Eric Persing. u-he and spectrasonics are merging all products into one new super-synth called Universespherezebradiva.

I think Eric is a conceptualiser and phenomenal sound designer, but I don't think he programs himself... of course I could be wrong Smile
