I pretty much only use omnisphere and Trilian. What i sometimes miss is the simple analogue sounds (leads, kicks, simple pass etc.)
Thing is i so not find it very inspireing to program these simple sounds in spectra environment. I was thinking though if the Tribute library are made with mainly these kinda sounds or is buying Diva a better choice?

Any inputs? I just want it to be easy to bring these sounds up when i need them.

Diva since it's not based on samples.

Analog synth or plugin? The elitists go silent when a blind test is involved.

These sounds you are looking for are not in the moog expansion at all really. I would go for DIVA for sure. It really nails what Omni is missing.

The moog expansion isn't moog stuff, it's weird, experimental, mainly distorted grungy rhythmic stuff.

You should check out "Project Preset" by Torley. He plays every single sound from the Bob Moog library so it will give you a good idea if it has the sounds you want: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLA89C98711AAC7E53&feat ure=plcp

Although if you're looking more for simple analog sounds, DIVA would be the way to go. Or an actual analog synth. Cool

as others have said... Diva...
although I own and love the BM Tribute for omnisphere it isn't geared towards moog type sounds..... more to the spirit of adventure and creativity of Bob Moog and money for his foundation more than the sound of Moog.

Yeah Diva is great. But still I am hoping someone does come out with a Trilian analog soundbank. I don't mind programming in the Spectrasonic environment just I'm not particularly gifted in that regard.

What do you mean? Trilian is an amazing analog synth library! It's actually the main reason I got it.

I mean more patches built on the sound sources. I'm not saying nothing is there, just I want more Smile It takes a big RAM hit on my machine to load Trilian, but once loaded I can add a couple more channels and it barely affects RAM, so the more the better is all I'm saying Smile More lead patches, more pads.

Trilian is capable of much more than bass sounds.

It has 602 synth bass patches currently and 124 synth mono patches already.
you drive a hard bargain Smile..

actually I don't use it as much because I find it has WAYYYYY too many choices Smile
and I can spend hours looking for a bass patch and my projects usually come with quick deadlines Smile

Yeah well I'm just certain more is possible Smile it seems an untapped resource to me and the more I can get out of one plugin the better Wink but then maybe I should just work on making some patches myself.

Diva is definitely more bang for your buck cause apart from Moog sounds you also have Roland and Korg sounds too.

I own both and although I do love Omnisphere, Diva is a lot more fun to play with...
