These guys are an excellent band and most of their sounds are unique, but I wonder about this particular guitar sound from 1:04 to the end of the video. They use all analog gear, no alterations with software. I would just like to know how to recreate this on guitar, I don't mind if the solution is not analog. Could be ring modulation + tape delay?
Also, an easier one is (because it is not the first time I hear this kind of effect on bass/electric guitar):
Is that an expression pedal + a filter pedal? I would wonder what kind of filter pedal then?
