Lucky Dogs.
I saw Jesu when they came through Seattle; they were very loud. Never got to see Godflesh though. Streetcleaner FTW! |

Love all their stuff up to "Selfless"!
Anyhow, saw them in 1993/4 and it was LOUD. One of the loudest gigs I've ever seen, together with Scorn (in a small club seemingly exploding) and the mighty Motorhead. Uh, and Slayer maybe |

Loudest gig I ever went to was AC/DC at the Mayfair in Newcastle. The PA was stacked right up to the ceiling. It was actually painful ... I spent a lot of the gig sitting in the foyer. Happy days |

Quite a pickle I find myself in. Sean Costello Sorry Sean, if I'd have known the ramifications... How could you have known, taoyoyo? HOW. COULD. YOU. HAVE. KNOWN. To be honest, having the "Valhalla" as the first part of a plugin name can be good and bad. It allows me to use fairly generic names with my own branding (i.e. "ValhallaRoom"), but it keeps me from mixing in words that come from a different cultural milieu than the Nordic/Germanic mythology that Valhalla implies. "Mothra" would be a FANTASTIC plugin name, but mixing it with "Valhalla" would be like putting mozzarella on sushi: Two great tastes that don't taste great together. OK, next time I'm visiting relatives in Santa Monica, I need to track down one of those Korean taco trucks. I just found out that there is a food truck in Seattle (the Marination Mobile) which serves kimchee quesadillas, but I don't know how it will compare to what is in LA. Don't forget about Rodan.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hweqMd5gDJw&feature=relmfu I had forgot about Rodan, but then looked down at my T-Shirt today, which says "Rodan." Which has a picture of a moth, as opposed to some mutated radioactive pterosaur. Not sure what that was about. Anyway, I really liked Rodan back in 1994.
